Order Policies

~Pickups and Holds~

I provide pickup options for locals at the shop on Saturdays, and can arrange local pickup for other days of the week when communicated. I have an online code available to eliminate shipping costs. Message me to receive the code and setup a pickup date.


Commissions put half of the cost down once a sketch is approved. A 2 week notice will be given upon completion (which can typically take 1-3 months or more). Please pickup your pieces within 4 days of the end of the two week period. Additional days are subject to additional fees prior to pickup. If I don't hear from you within 48hrs, you lose your claim and are subject to another deposit to reserve.

I take at least half down to reserve your order, and the rest upon pickup or earlier. Payment plans are 100% available, but the first half is required. I accept cash, cashapp, venmo, and paypal. 

I do not take commissions other than the announced listings(follow socials). I do not do pet portraits, family portraits, or work outside of my style.

If you see something you like and it is out of your price range, REACH OUT! I offer payment plans and am happy to work with your budget.

Any piece under 80$ is not included in payment plan options. Any piece under $80 requires full payment upon pickup or earlier (as opposed to half down and half upon pickup).

If a piece is damaged in shipping, please contact me for a replacement or a repair. I do not refund work. Copies can easily be replaced, and originals would require a repair.
