Order Policies

~Commissions and pre-orders~

If you'd like to commission work from me, please contact me directly. We will chat about what you'd like and what size before I move forward on a sketch. Once a sketch is finished, you can make any changes and expect to pay your first half. I'll ask if you want updates or if you'd prefer to see it at the end and for consent to post on socials. When your piece is finished, you will receive your 2 week notice. Again-please pickup or arrange a pickup date within 7 days of the FINAL day in the noticed 2 weeks. Otherwise, you are subject to a 5 dollar daily late fee. If your payment is late or I don't hear from you within 48 hours, you will be subject to late fees, cancellation, or asked to pay in full before proceeding. You may be asked if I can scan and sell copies of your piece-this is NOT required, but consider saying yes to support my sales and get the word out on my work. Thank you!

I provide pickup options for locals and can arrange pickup for any day of the week. Message me to order directly and setup a pickup date.

~Payment options and returns~

If you see something you like and it is out of your price range, REACH OUT! I offer payment plans and am happy to work with your budget. I require half down and the rest on a pre-determined schedule. Failure to meet these dates can result in late fees, cancellation of your order, or required payment in full.
Any piece/order under 100$ is not included in payment plan options. Any piece/order under $100 requires full payment upon pickup or earlier (as opposed to half down and half upon pickup).

If a piece is damaged in shipping, please contact me for a replacement or a repair. I do not refund work. Copies can easily be replaced, and originals would require a repair.
